Cross-Flow Booths
Filtered air enters through the doors and travels the length of the booth to a rear exhaust wall. The most cost-effective enclosed booth.
View Booth – Cross-Flow BoothsFull-enclosure spray booths in every airflow configuration — cross-flow, semi-downdraft, full downdraft, side downdraft, heated, and high-clearance for Sprinter vans.
PFS enclosed paint booths provide complete containment for overspray, VOCs, and airborne particles. All models are ETL listed (Intertek) for the USA and Canada and built to NFPA 33 and OSHA standards. The right airflow configuration depends on your application, finish quality requirements, and facility constraints — our engineers will help you choose.

Ceiling intake at the front, floor-level exhaust at the rear. A cleaner finish than cross-flow with no pit to dig.
View Booth – Semi-Downdraft Booths →
Best Finish QualityA full ceiling plenum pushes air straight down through a grated floor. The cleanest airflow pattern for premium finishes.
View Booth – Full Downdraft Booths →
No Pit RequiredCeiling intake with exhaust plenums in the side walls. Downdraft-style airflow that sits on your existing slab.
View Booth – Side Downdraft Booths →
Direct- or indirect-fired heat added to any PFS enclosed booth for faster flash and bake cycles in any climate.
View Booth – Heated Paint Booths →
No Pit RequiredFull downdraft airflow into a raised steel floor plenum that sits on top of your slab. No concrete cutting.

Insulated double-wall panel construction, available in all four airflow configurations. ETL listed, heated options available.

Booth-in-a-building structures installed on a concrete pad.

Oversized booths for semis, buses, fleet and heavy equipment.

Turnkey spray booths built inside heavy-duty ISO shipping containers.
View Container Paint Booths →Any enclosed booth configuration above can be built as a drive-through — with entry and exit doors on both ends. Drive-through is a configuration option, not a separate product line. It's ideal for fleet shops, bus and truck body facilities, and high-volume production lines where reversing vehicles is not practical. Ask your PFS engineer to include this in your quote.
