Available on the PFS Orion, Helios, and Zenith — any booth, any airflow configuration. Spray, flash, and bake modes with programmable cure cycles up to 180°F.

PFS heated booths add a direct-fired or indirect-fired heat system to any enclosed booth configuration. ETL listed (Intertek) for the USA and Canada, NFPA 33 compliant, UL 508A controls. Spray, flash, and bake modes built in — programmable cure cycles up to 180°F.
Pairs with our PFS Core Control Panel — UL 508A certified with spray, flash, and bake modes. Programmable cycle timers, safety interlocks, and optional BMS integration. All three modes are selectable from the front panel.
Heated options are available on the Orion, Helios, and Zenith. Standard booths are 14′ wide — select a series to configure your heated booth.

Same heat system, same controls, same certifications — regardless of airflow configuration.
A heated booth warms incoming air for comfortable spraying in cold weather, speeds flash-off between coats, and runs a bake cycle that cures the finish before the part leaves the booth. One booth does the work of a booth plus a separate curing room.
Heat can be added to any PFS enclosed booth: cross-flow, semi-downdraft, side downdraft, full downdraft and raised basement. Heat is supplied by an air make-up unit sized to the booth’s airflow.
The burner is sized from the booth airflow (CFM), your coldest design temperature and the temperature rise you need. PFS engineers calculate BTU requirements and operating cost estimates with your quote.
A UL 508A control panel manages spray and bake modes, temperature set points and timers. During bake, part of the air can be recirculated to cut fuel use, with interlocks that prevent spraying while the booth is in bake mode.
Heated booths are built to NFPA 33 and OSHA requirements. Gas piping, burner equipment and air permits vary by jurisdiction; PFS supplies drawings and equipment data for your permit package.
Factory-direct pricing. Fast lead times. Dedicated support from order through installation.
A direct-fired unit burns natural gas or propane right in the make-up airstream. It is the most efficient option and the most common choice for paint booths. An indirect-fired unit heats the air through a heat exchanger, so combustion products never enter the booth. It is chosen when a coating specification, process or local requirement calls for it. PFS will recommend the right type for your coatings and climate.
In most cases, yes. An air make-up unit and control upgrade can be retrofitted to an existing enclosed booth after PFS reviews its airflow and electrical setup.
It depends on the coating, but curing in a heated booth typically lets a job leave the booth the same day instead of waiting for an air dry.
Heated air make-up units that supply tempered, filtered air for year-round booth temperature control.
Dedicated mixing rooms for safe paint preparation adjacent to your spray booth.
Dedicated prep and masking stations to keep your spray booth running at full capacity.
