Portable, deployable abrasive blasting environments built inside standard 20-ft or 40-ft ISO shipping containers — ready to operate anywhere.

PFS containerized blast booths convert a standard 20-ft or 40-ft ISO shipping container into a fully enclosed, self-contained abrasive blasting environment. The container shell serves as the blast chamber — no permanent building, no concrete pad, no lengthy site preparation. Units ship complete with integrated dust collection, interior LED lighting, abrasive media containment, and OSHA 1910.94-compliant ventilation already installed. Media recovery is available in three configurations: bucket elevator reclaim for high-volume continuous production, vacuum recovery for smaller or intermittent operations, or no-recovery for single-use or low-frequency applications. PFS engineers the recovery method to match your throughput and media type. Deployable by flatbed truck, crane, or forklift, these portable blast rooms are used by military and government contractors, pipeline and infrastructure operators, shipyards, and industrial maintenance teams that need a relocatable blasting capability. Manufactured in Santa Rosa, CA with ETL/UL certified components.
Our engineers are available to help you select the right configuration for your application.
| Recovery option | Best for |
|---|---|
| Bucket elevator reclaim | High-volume, continuous production |
| Vacuum recovery | Smaller or intermittent operations |
| No recovery | Single-use media or low-frequency work |
The container shell is the blast chamber, so there is no building to put up, no concrete pad to pour and little site preparation. The unit arrives with dust collection, LED lighting, media containment flooring and ventilation installed.
A 20-ft container suits smaller parts and the most portable setup. A 40-ft container gives more working length for larger parts and longer runs. Both can be moved by flatbed truck or crane, and 20-ft units by forklift.
Military and government contractors, pipeline and infrastructure operators, shipyards and industrial maintenance teams that need to move their blasting capability between sites.
Plan for a level surface, electrical power and a compressed-air supply sized for the blast nozzle, plus room around the doors for loading.
Ventilation is designed to OSHA 1910.94 for abrasive blasting. Optional personnel access doors and safety interlocks are available, and controls are built to UL 508A.
Factory-direct pricing, fast lead times and dedicated support from order through installation.
By flatbed truck, crane or forklift, depending on size. No permanent building or foundation is needed.
Steel grit, steel shot, aluminum oxide and garnet.
Yes. An integrated high-efficiency dust collector and OSHA 1910.94-compliant ventilation are installed at the factory.
