Standard enclosed booths top out at 9–10 ft. PFS Sprinter Van booths are custom-built to 11–12 ft interior height — enough clearance for Sprinter vans, Transit high-roofs, and tall commercial vehicles. ETL & ETL-C listed, UL 508A controls, NFPA 33 compliant. We ship nationally.
PFS Sprinter Van booths are available in all four airflow configurations. Select the one that fits your facility, floor plan, and finishing requirements.
Air enters through front-wall intake filters and exits through rear-wall exhaust filters. Horizontal front-to-rear airflow keeps overspray away from the operator. No pit required — the most cost-effective van booth configuration.
Air enters through ceiling intake filters and exhausts through the rear wall at floor level. No pit required. Semi-downdraft airflow delivers better finish quality than cross-flow — ideal for fleet refinishing where consistent top-to-bottom coverage is required.
Air enters through ceiling intake filters and splits to both side-wall exhaust plenums at floor level. No pit required. The Helios side-downdraft pattern provides the most uniform air velocity across the entire vehicle surface — ideal for tall vans and high-roof vehicles.
Air enters through full-ceiling intake filters and exhausts through a grated floor pit into an underground duct. Concrete pit required. Highest finish quality available — overspray travels straight down and away from the vehicle surface.
PFS Sprinter Van booths are built with 11 to 12 ft interior height — enough clearance for Sprinter vans, high-roof cargo vans, Transit vans, and tall commercial vehicles. Standard enclosed booths top out at 9–10 ft; the van configuration is a custom-height build.
Horizontal airflow — no pit required
Side-wall exhaust — no pit required
Vertical downdraft — concrete pit required

A high-roof Sprinter, Transit or ProMaster stands roughly 9 to 10 ft tall. In a standard 9 to 10 ft booth the roof sits against the ceiling filters, there is no room to reach the top panels, and airflow over the roof is poor. PFS Sprinter van booths are built with 11 to 12 ft of interior height so painters can work the full roof line with proper clearance.
Common interiors are 14 ft wide with 11 or 12 ft height and 24 to 33 ft length, enough for extended-length vans with room to walk around them. Longer and wider booths are built for box trucks, ambulances, shuttle buses and RV conversions.
Upfitters and conversion builders, fleet and delivery operations, ambulance and emergency-vehicle builders, camper and RV shops, and collision centers that see a growing share of commercial vans.
Full-length LED lighting at the upper wall and ceiling reaches the roof and upper panels. Options include heated air make-up for spray and bake, drive-through doors, mixing rooms and prep stations.

11 to 12 ft of interior height, compared with 9 to 10 ft in a standard enclosed booth.
Yes. Standard lengths up to 33 ft fit extended-length high-roof vans with working room around them. PFS confirms the fit against your largest vehicle before quoting.
Side downdraft and full downdraft give the best finish on tall vehicles. Semi-downdraft is a good middle ground when budget is tighter. All are available at Sprinter height.
Only for a pit-style full downdraft. Cross-flow, semi-downdraft, side downdraft and raised basement booths sit on your existing slab.
Yes. They are ETL listed (Intertek) for the USA and Canada, with a UL 508A control panel, and built to NFPA 33 and OSHA requirements.
Yes. Add a direct- or indirect-fired air make-up unit for spray and bake cycles.
Vertical airflow from a full ceiling plenum to a pit or raised grated floor — the cleanest airflow pattern available.
Any airflow configuration with an integrated heating system for accelerated cure cycles.
Ceiling-front intake, rear floor exhaust — better finish quality than cross-flow at a lower cost than full downdraft.
