Multi-container configurations, custom dimensions, and specialized interior layouts for unique applications.

PFS custom container booths can combine multiple containers, use non-standard dimensions, or incorporate specialized interior layouts for unique applications. Multi-container configurations can create larger spray environments while maintaining the mobility and deployability of container-based systems.
Our engineers are available to help you select the right configuration for your application.
| Option | Container | What fits | How it moves |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20-ft | Standard 20-ft ISO container | Small parts, touch-up, remote job sites | Forklift or flatbed |
| 40-ft | Standard 40-ft ISO container | Full-size vehicles, trucks and large assemblies; about 36 ft of working length | Crane and flatbed |
| High-cube | 9.5-ft-tall high-cube ISO container | Taller vehicles, vans, light trucks and equipment that need overhead access | Crane and flatbed |
| Custom / multi-container | Multiple containers or non-standard sizes | Larger spray areas and special interior layouts | Per design |
Two or more containers can be joined into a larger spray area while each module stays shippable. That gives more room than a single container and keeps the system relocatable.
Custom layouts can add a mixing area, a prep zone, extra doors or a different airflow arrangement inside the container shell.
Like the standard sizes, custom container booths can be heated for cold climates and temperature-sensitive coatings, or non-heated where the weather is mild.
Container booths use standard ISO footprints, so they can ship internationally and be placed at remote sites, bases and job sites.
Every custom container starts with a review of the parts, the site and the utilities. PFS engineers, builds and supports the system from Santa Rosa, CA.
A container booth still needs a level, solid surface, electrical power, compressed air for the spray guns and a clear path for exhaust. Because it is a spray booth, the local fire code and air district rules still apply; ask your authority having jurisdiction early. See our NFPA 33 guide.
Pair the booth with a containerized blast booth for a complete portable prep-and-paint setup.
