Batch powder coating booths for flexible production schedules and varied part sizes.

PFS batch powder coating booths are designed for batch processing of parts in a single enclosure — load, coat, unload, repeat. The batch configuration is ideal for job shops, custom coaters, and manufacturers with high part variety and moderate volume where a continuous conveyor line is not justified. PFS batch booths provide a clean, controlled spray environment with integrated powder recovery, easy-clean interior, and quick color change capability. Available in walk-in and drive-in sizes to accommodate large parts and assemblies. Built to NFPA 33 and OSHA standards for powder coating operations. ETL listed (Intertek) for the USA and Canada. Ships nationally. Made in the USA.
Our engineers are available to help you select the right configuration for your application.
Parts are loaded on a cart or rack, rolled into the booth, coated by hand, then rolled into a batch oven to cure. The next load is coated while the first one cures. No conveyor is needed, so one or two people can run the whole process.
Job shops, custom coaters and manufacturers with many part types and moderate volume. If the same parts run all day on a fixed schedule, a conveyorized powder coating line may pay off instead.
Start with the largest part or rack, then add room for the operator to walk around it and reach every face. Walk-in and drive-in sizes handle large parts and assemblies; the booth opening and the oven door should match so racks move straight from one to the other.
spray-to-waste booths make color change fast and suit many colors in short runs. powder reclaim booths collect overspray for reuse and suit long runs in a few colors. Batch booths are available either way.
An easy-clean interior and a filter or recovery setup matched to your color schedule keep changeovers short. Grouping jobs by color, light to dark, helps too.
Factory-direct pricing, fast lead times and dedicated support from order through installation.
An enclosed booth where parts are coated in groups on a cart or rack, then cured in a batch oven, without a conveyor.
A batch oven sized to the same racks. Most powders cure at a metal temperature of 325°F to 400°F held for 10 to 20 minutes; follow your powder maker’s cure schedule.
