PFS large equipment outdoor spray booths are oversized permanent structures engineered for painting heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, mining equipment, construction vehicles, buses, and large industrial assemblies that cannot fit in standard spray booth enclosures. Each system is a custom-engineered steel building with a fully equipped spray booth interior — high-output LED lighting, industrial exhaust filtration, heated or non-heated HVAC, and UL508A controls. Clearance heights from 16 to 40+ feet, widths from 20 to 60+ feet. Drive-through configurations available for tracked and wheeled heavy equipment. Built to NFPA 33 and OSHA standards. Height to the top of the cab or boom, width across tracks or mirrors and overall length set the booth. Add working room on every side so painters and lifts can reach the whole machine.
Oversized doors let equipment drive or be towed in. A drive-through layout with doors on both ends avoids reversing tracked and wheeled machines and keeps traffic moving.
The steel building is engineered for your site and the spray booth inside has its own lighting, exhaust filtration, HVAC and UL 508A controls. Engineered drawings and permit support are available.
Heated airflow helps coatings flow and cure in cold weather. Large parts that need a bake can move to a large equipment oven.
