Technical Documentation & Engineering Resources
Specification documents, compliance references, and engineering resources for finishing system buyers, plant engineers, and EH&S professionals. Detailed documentation is provided to qualified prospects and PFS customers through your project manager.
Engineering and compliance resources.
PFS provides detailed technical documentation to qualified prospects and customers through your assigned project manager.
ETL Certification & Compliance
All PFS booths, ovens, and control panels carry ETL certification for NFPA 33 (spray finishing) and NFPA 86 (ovens). Compliance documentation, certification labels, and inspection support provided with every system. Request specification sheets through your PFS project manager.
NFPA 33 Spray Finishing Compliance
PFS booths are engineered to meet NFPA 33 standards for spray finishing operations: airflow capture velocity, electrical classifications, fire suppression, and safe operating practices. Detailed compliance documentation available for plant EH&S review.
Engineering Specifications
James Fox Engineering provides PE-stamped structural calculations for every PFS booth: column spacing, foundation loads, wind/snow loads, and roof structure. Stamped drawings provided for permit submittal. Available with project quote.
Engineering reference areas.
PFS engineers can provide detail on any of these areas during pre-purchase consultation. Documentation is shared as projects progress.
Booth Sizing & Airflow
CFM calculations, capture velocity, fan sizing, and air make-up requirements.
Oven Sizing & Cure Profiles
Cure time vs. throughput, batch vs. conveyor, gas vs. electric heat.
Conveyor Integration
Speed coordination, accumulation, oven load management, control sequencing.
Electrical & Controls
Panel design, PLC platforms, HMI options, network integration to plant SCADA.
Installation Standards
Site preparation, structural mounting, electrical/gas hookup, commissioning.
