Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & lead times

Last updated: September 3, 2025

Lead times vary by product and configuration. Estimated schedules are provided on quotes and order confirmations. Production for made‑to‑order builds generally begins after payment and approvals are received.

Methods & carriers

  • Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): tracking is emailed when your order ships.

  • Freight/LTL/Common carrier: typically curbside delivery with appointment. Liftgate service may be available at additional cost; large crates often require a forklift at delivery.

Shipping areas

We ship within the United States. For other destinations, contact us for a quote. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (for international shipments) are the receiver’s responsibility.

Rates & quotes

Parcel rates may be calculated at checkout. Freight is quoted based on weight, dimensions, destination, and required services. You will receive a freight quote for approval when applicable.

Delivery & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss typically transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, subject to any written agreement. Inspect shipments upon arrival and document any issues on the delivery receipt (see Returns summary and full Warranty & Returns Policy).

Address changes & refusals

Address corrections after dispatch, refused deliveries, and returns due to incorrect addresses may incur additional carrier fees.
