  • Custom/made‑to‑order items: not returnable.

  • Restocking: as stated in our full policy (currently up to 90%).

  • Shipping: shipping/handling and customized items are non‑refundable.

  • How to start: contact us first for instructions and an RMA; do not ship items back without authorization.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect deliveries on arrival. If damage or shortage is visible, note it with the carrier on the delivery receipt, take photos of packaging and product, and contact us promptly so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
