Single-Wall Construction
18-gauge G-90 galvanized steel panels with a powder-coated finish. CNC-punched bolt holes on 6″ centers for precision assembly — ideal for climate-controlled facilities where temperature stability isn’t critical.
Dual-Skin Insulated Construction
Two layers of 20-gauge galvanized steel, powder-coated white inside and out, with a 2″ mineral-wool core and airtight tongue-and-groove joints. Adds temperature control, 30–40% energy savings, noise reduction, NFPA 33 fire resistance, and a cleaner finish.

What sizes are available?
Standard Orion Series semi down draft booths come in four lengths — 24′, 27′, 30′, and 33′ — all 14′W × 9′H. Custom sizes and roof-height extensions are available for larger work.
Is the booth ETL certified?
Yes. These models are ETL-certified by Intertek/ETL and recognized by OSHA, meeting NFPA 33 — the certification local authorities often require. ETL certification is included with your purchase, and our booths are certified in all US states.
What’s the difference between single-wall and dual-skin construction?
Single-wall uses 18-gauge G-90 galvanized panels — cost-effective for climate-controlled shops. Dual-skin insulated adds two layers of steel with a 2″ mineral-wool core for temperature control, 30–40% energy savings, noise reduction, NFPA 33 fire resistance, and a cleaner finish — ideal for non-climate-controlled facilities.
Can I add a heater for spray and bake cycles?
Yes. An optional 1.0 MBTU burner adds spray, bake, and cool-down cycles. Powder coating, upgraded LED lighting, double-wall insulated panels, and motor upgrades are also available.
