Paint Booth Heaters – PFS
Why Get A Paint Booth Heater?
Paint Booth heaters allow for paint times to go down and profit to go up. Curing can cut paint drying time to half for every 15 degrees above 70 degrees fahrenheit. Heaters are also equipped with filters to ensure clean air flow throughout the unit. Without a filter, the full drying time has to be used, reducing productivity and slowing down your shop overall. Heaters range from 1.0mBTU to 5.0mBTU. Electric and gas heaters available depending on application, as both have benefits.
Types Of Heaters
Gas heater: A traditional gas heater works by pulling air through the unit, heating it up to the desired temperature, and sending it back through the unit. This clean filtered air then cures the item being painted, dropping drying times and increasing productivity. Paint Booth heating systems allow for quick, controlled heating, taking your shop to the next level. Generally, these heaters are a little more expensive, but the overall gain in efficiency and productivity will offset this cost.
Electric Heaters: These heaters operate in a very similar way however, the cost of heating the unit is
usually lower, resulting in lower overall energy costs.
