Downdraft Paint Booths – PFS
Benefits of Downdraft Paint Booths
Downdraft booths are a cornerstone of the market. Having a full filtered floor, this unit allows as much filtered air as possible, giving an even coating to your work. These units generally use diffusion media pads, which spread the airflow evenly, ensuring a good coat anytime you use PFSDD. This allows for maximum air movement through the unit, as more filters are being used.
Downdraft Spray Booths Have Economical Advantage
Spray-Booths can come in a variety of formats, each uniquely designed for its job. Owners face a tough decision due to the large amount of booths on the market, and we are here to help you make an informed decision. Down-draft spray booths are designed to have a vertical airflow, meaning the air comes in from the top and exits from the bottom. Generally, this is a preferred type as the entire floor is filtered and overspray is reduced. These booths are sometimes on a raised basement, which should be serviced regularly and on a routine schedule. For more info on our Semi-Downdraft booth, which utilizes a different airflow, please refer to our Semi-Downdraft tab. We also provide filters for any units we sell, refer to our Filter tab to find sizing for your booth.
